Base Fee:

• 1 inch meter - $37.50
• 1 1/2 inch meter - $70.00
• 2 inch meter - $110.00
• 3 inch meter - $205.00
• 6 inch meter - $660.00
  • 0 gallons to 10,000 - $6.35 per 1,000 gal.
  • 10,001 to 50,000 - $6.65 per 1,000 gal.
  • Over 50,000 - $7.00 per 1,000 gal.

Residential / Commercial OUTSIDE City limits

Base Fee:

• 3/4 inch meter - $36.00
• 1 inch meter - $75.00
• 1 1/2 inch meter - $140.00
• 2 inch meter - $220.00
• 3 inch meter - $410.00
  • 0 to 10,000 - $6.75 per 1,000 gal.
  • 10,001 to 50,000 - $7.00 per 1,000 gal.
  • Over 50,000 - $7.25 per 1,000 gal.

• 3 inch meter - $365.00
• 6 inch meter - $1,175.00

Sewer Base Rates / OUTSIDE City Limits / Residential & Commercial

• 3/4 inch meter - $50.00
• 1 inch meter - $125.00
• 1 1/2 inch meter - $245.00
• 2 inch meter - $390.00
• 3 inch meter - $730.00

Sewer Residential and Commercial Rates based on water consumption.

INSIDE City Limits

• 0 to 15,000 - $2.45 per 1,000 gal.
• Over 15,000 gallons - $3.25 per 1,000 gal.

OUTSIDE City Limits

• 0 to 15,000 - $2.85 per 1,000 gal.
• Over 15,000 gallons - $3.75 per 1,000 gal.

Water Deposits

• Residential Inside/Outside City Limits - $200.00
• Commercial Inside/Outside City Limits (low to normal usage) - $300.00

Large commercial utility users such as apartments, restaurants, laundries, and industries will have deposit calculated by using the charge of a similar user for a (2) two-month period.

Water Tap Fees

Meters through 1 ½":

• Inside City Limits - $1,500.00
• Outside City Limits - $2,500.00
  
  
• 2" Meter - $3,600.00
  • (depends on size of main and MUST be approved by Public Works Director)
    
    
• Move Existing Water Tap - $1,000.00

Sewer Tap Fees

• Inside City Limits - $1,500.00
• Outside City Limits - $2,500.00

Road Bore

• Depends on size of bore and MUST be approved by - $1,000 and up
  • Public Works Director

Late Charges / Disconnect Fees

• Late Charge will assess on the 11th of month - $20.00 or 10%
  • of your TOTAL AMOUNT DUE, whichever is higher
• Re-Read (one free re-read annually) - $25.00
• Return Check Fee - $35.00
• Disconnect Fee - $75.00
•  Re-Connect after hours or weekends - $100.00
